Went in for an alignment, but they had trouble getting my steering wheel to completely center up. The mechanic did his best for probably 2 hours but it still wasn't quite there, and I had to get home. I brought it back the next business day and they took the car back immediately and worked on it for over an hour at no cost to me. The dealership was helpful and knowledgeable and the process of buying my vehicle was good. Since my purchase, I have not been able to get clear answers on getting a dash cam installed by the dealer. I guess customer service changes after the car is purchased. ???????
Went in for a recall. Dealership is great and the employees are fantastic! Recall took awhile but they told me up front no replacement car was available, so I was able to work that out. Great service department, especially Miles!
I arrvid just a bit early but Chris Hernandez put me in line to be serviced. He daid it would take 90 minutes and I said that seemed like a lot of time for an oil change and tire rotation! Chris heard me and got me out in less than an hour! He did a super job! I will ask for Chris on my next visit! He’s great!

Well I went out to Lou Sobh Kia of Newnan for the first time for a oil change and tire rotation since relocating from the Chicagoland area a few years ago and I must admit that treatment of the service team was outstanding.
From being greeted 1st by the Asst Service Manager Tameka Jones at 7:30am and not just one one the Service Advisors was something that I've only seen in the Chicagoland area.
Clearly Asst Manager Tameka Jones is sincere about leading by example.

I checked in and left. I picked up my car when it was done. The people I dealt with were courteous. My dealing with anyone was short and uneventful.
3 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. We had an appointment too. And they DID NOT rotate tires. I had them marked before hand
I had the brake fluid, wheel alignment, and engine oil serviced at the 60,000-mile mark. The work was done neatly, and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely visit again.

I made an appointment over a week ahead of time for a few recalls. When I arrived for the service, they took 1 1/2 hours to rotate my tires and then told me they don’t have the parts for the recall and I would have to come back.

Brought my vehicle in to be serviced due to a sound coming from the front right tire. Miles was excellent from start to finish. He informed me on the progress of my vehicle and the technician fixed the problem. Greatly appreciate Miles for his service with me.

We appreciate the thoroughness of Lou Sobh Kia in identifying the needs of our Sorento. However, communication could have been better regarding completion times and availability of parts. Several trips back and forth were required to complete the work and delays caused schedule conflicts on our end. Estimate of needed repairs was over $500 above the quoted estimate and total charges reflected an overage of $300+, which was later removed. Fairly quickly arrived at an acceptable price for vehicle. Finishing paperwork was quick as well but we had to ask about getting paperwork emailed multiple times. Vehicle clean up left a bit to be desired. Delivery on the day after purchase was delayed from before noon to after 5 pm. We requested it be detailed again as there was small black dots all over it. Found a scratch that we have to resolve yet. Also, the 2nd seat track rails on one side were damaged and were not identified as needing to be fixed.

What would have seemed to be a simple repair to remedy a check engine light turned out to be more involved. I told the repair was complete, but on returning home the check engine light returned with an additional code. A two day repair turned into a 10 day repair(additional part had to be ordered). I think the original diagnosis would have indicated the need for the additional part.

Worst experience I have ever had with a service department. There was zero communication throughout the week the vehicle was there. I had to call every time to get updates about what was going on. Was used but they painted it and changed the battery. Vape friendly which is awesome. Helped out with after sales questions/issues. Just some new driver things

Brought car in for a service bulletin. Service department tried to tell me that my car was leaking oil from every possible place. Used scare tactics by telling me that my car was unsafe for public roads. Service department never even checked the oil drain plug, which I determined myself was improperly tightened, and was the source of the leak. Service department suggested a new motor, which is absolutely ridiculous. The service manager then tried to get me to trade the vehicle in. Terrible experience.

The dealership has always been a 4 rating. Sales- Duane Clark is a 1=POOR I would like a call from a manager. Duane Clark promised that all add on $$$$ amounts would be taken off from the final price, they were not. My credit score was run and used with that promise. Then he advised me that he would follow up on Thursday and never did. When I called him that Thursday he could not remember who I was and was asleep.
